What is our turn around time?

We work on one gun at a time so that customer gets all the quality and detail into their gun as it deserves. The best way to get this answer is to contact us.  We strive to have a quick turn around to keep the clients happy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Paypal and Venmo are accepted. We do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.

What is your return policy?

If your not satisfied with a service or product you received, please let us know so we can do the best we can to make it right.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary depending on the service, requests and turn around. Please contact us for a consult.

Terms

Cleaning prices may be increased, based on heavy fouling and/or rust. Prices are for labor only. Pricing given is general and may vary. All pricing subject to change but will give notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any firearm work or work that we deem would render a firearm unsafe.

  • We DO NOT remove or deactivate any firearm safeties.

  • Parts installed with thread locker will incur an additional removal charge.

  • Firearms left for repairs may only be picked up by the customer whose name is on the claim check. (NO exceptions).

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In Store Sales

We are not a stocking dealer and do not have a show room. We build, customize and service only. We do offer FFL transfers for online orders or other purchases.
